“Connect with an e-structor now” allows a student to connect immediately with a tutor to begin an interactive whiteboard session.  If tutors are unavailable in a particular subject at that time, or the student is unable to participate in a real-time session, the student may use “Submit a question” to send an academic question to a tutor and receive a response generally within 24 hours.  Extremely complex or intricate questions may also be sent via “Submit a question” to allow a tutor the opportunity to review the information and compose the most effective response.
